If an offset smoker and a guitar had a baby, it would be Meatstock. It's a sensory explosion that combines the best live-fire barbecue experts and pitmasters in the country with an epic lineup of live music, entertainment, and competitions.
For the first time, Meatstock Toowoomba will be held over 3 huge days. On the 8th, 9th & 10th March 2024, Meatstock will be taking over the Toowoomba Showgrounds.
The live stage, at the heart of the festival, will host a sensational lineup of musical talent.
But we know Meatstock isn't just about the music. It's a celebration of the art of barbecue. Meatstock is home to the biggest line up of Barbecue Experts and Pitmasters ever assembled in Australia. Bluebird BBQ Kitchen, Carolina Smoke, Flaming Grills, Brisket and Brawn BBQ, Crossdales BBQ, Brazilian Flame, Berbeo Bros, Hangry Wolf and many more will fill the air with the intoxicating smell of barbecue.
Camping, RV, and caravan junkies, we've also got you covered! The new venue offers a range of camping options, from ‘big rig’ sites for the pros, to spacious powered camping sites, right by the festival gates. Early arrivals and ticketing packages are welcome to ensure you're fully settled in for the weekend.
Apart from the meat and music, Meatstock promises an action-packed festival experience like no other. Back again for some heart-pounding thrills, The Professional Bull Riding will be showcasing at all Australian Meatstock events, where cowboys brave the toughest 8 seconds in sports.
For those with a hearty appetite, check out the Competitive Eating
Zone, featuring the sausage sizzle throwdown, burger eating contests
and hot wing challenges, to name a few.
For some alternative hilarious showdowns, enrol or spectate in the Beard and Mo Wars, Mullet Comps, and Dad Bod Contests. And, of course, Meatstock wouldn't be complete without its legendary Butcher Wars and Barbecue Wars, along with the ultimate test of strength in Strongman and Woman - showcasing Australia's mightiest athletes. It's a mixed bag of eclectic entertainment and stand-offs you simply cannot see anywhere else.
